Built for the International Partnership for Human Rights (IPHR) and the Legal Policy Research Centre (LPRC), the platform brings together analysis, interactive monitoring and legal resources for Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Country ratings live on a map, next to the assessment methodology, a document library and news.
A chat assistant answers questions about the methodology and indicators and helps people submit news, while editors manage its answers in a separate admin panel. The interface is available in Russian, English, Kazakh and Kyrgyz.
