About
Pikapika is a dark kitchen chain: six kitchens across Almaty with no dining room, only delivery and pickup. The app became the chain’s main shop window: a photo menu, a cart with promo codes and add-on suggestions, delivery with the address checked against zones on a map or pickup from any kitchen, and card payments with saved cards.
To bring guests back, the app has cashback and gifts: a progress scale shows how far you are from a free dish for orders over 6,000 and 10,000 ₸. An order goes straight to the iiko POS and the kitchen’s Telegram chat, while the team runs orders, delivery zones, promotions, promo codes, gifts and push campaigns in a separate admin panel.
My first delivery app. I ran it until 2024; the client’s team develops the app now.
